SMS Policy

By submitting any form on this website, you’re giving permission to communicate with you via call, text, or email, sometimes using automated technology. We promise to only communicate when necessary regarding your quote request, reminders, or occasional special offers. No purchase is required. Text frequency may vary but no more than 2 per month. If you ever change your mind, reply END or STOP to any email or text message to immediately opt out. Standard text rates apply. Your information will never be sold.
Limitation of Liability
​These Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the subscription services ("Services") provided by Poops and Paws ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") for the Poops and Paws subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Regardless of any damages you may incur, the Company’s total liability and that of its suppliers, under these Terms will be limited to the amount you have actually paid through the Service, or one hundred dollars (USD $100) if no purchase has been made. This is your sole and exclusive remedy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost data, business interruptions, personal injury, or loss of privacy, whether arising from use or inability to use the Service or in connection with these Terms, even if the Company or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the stated remedy does not fulfill its essential purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

1. Subscription Service
The subscription service includes scheduled poop scooping for your residential property within the designated service area, which includes Belton, TX, Salado, TX, and surrounding areas ("Service Area"). The service will be performed on a recurring monthly basis, with services rendered according to the selected package and frequency.
2. Subscription Plans & Pricing
We offer the following subscription plans:

Basic Plan: $ per month – Weekly Poop Scoop Service

Standard Plan: $ per month – Bi-Monthly Poop Scoop Service

Premium Plan: $ per month – 2X Per Week Poop Scoop Service
3. Billing & Payment

Upfront Payment: The subscription fee is due upfront on the date of the subscription and will be billed on a recurring monthly basis starting from the date of the initial payment.

Automatic Billing: Payments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided on the first of each month for the upcoming month of service.

Payment Method: All payments will be processed via [payment method, e.g., credit card, ACH, etc.]. You must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

Late Payments: If your payment is declined or not processed due to insufficient funds or incorrect payment information, you will be notified via email. Failure to provide updated payment information within 3 days may result in a suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled. A $10 late fee will apply after 3 days.

Failure to Pay: If payment remains unresolved after 30 days, your account will be removed from our schedule, and a one-time cleanup fee will be applied.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation: You may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice to Poops and Paws at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled billing date. There are no refunds for payments made. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
5. Missed Service & Yard Conditions

Missed Scoops: If services are missed due to pet interference or weather conditions, we will resume the following week with a double-duty cleanup.

Yard Challenges: Tall grass, leaves, and other debris can affect our ability to complete the service. In such cases, missed waste will be addressed during the next service after the yard is properly maintained.
6. Pets & Access to Property

Pets: You are responsible for ensuring that pets are safely contained indoors before the service begins. Poops and Paws will notify you via text with an estimated time of arrival. If pets are loose and we cannot complete the service, a rescheduled double-duty scoop may incur a $10 fee.

Property Access: You must ensure that our team has unobstructed access to your property on the scheduled service days.
7. Weather & Safety Policy

Weather Policy: Severe weather conditions, including rain, thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, snow accumulation, and icy roads, may prevent service from being provided. Light rain will not affect service, but adverse weather conditions will result in service pausing or being skipped. We will make safety the priority.

Holiday Schedule: Poops and Paws will be closed on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day). Service will resume the following week with a double-duty cleanup or be adjusted based on holiday schedules.

8. Liability & Indemnity

Cancellation: You may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice to Poops and Paws at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled billing date. There are no refunds for payments made. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

9. Referral Program

For every friend or family member you refer to Poops and Paws, you will receive a $25 gift card as a token of our appreciation. Simply have your referral mention your name when signing up for services, and once they complete their first month, we’ll send you your gift card.
10. Amendments & Contact Information

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or phone, and the updated terms will be available on our website.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
